Once your child understands the meaning of the word "No or Yes" then it is safe for them to be taught how to cook.
Watch this video of our daughter cooking with mom:
Our daughter started being involved in cooking at the age two where she always had a blast and enjoyed every moment that she spent with mommy. At the same time she also learned a little bit of math when we measured every one of the ingredients of the dish we are cooking.
She also learned the names of the spices and the main ingredients we put into every dish we made. She also learned a little bit of science where you can teach them the four different kinds of taste buds (sour, bitter, sweet and salty). Isn't that exciting for your babies? But of course with your supervision as parent. Having your child experience cooking at young age makes them more active and feel they are part of every little thing you do. It will make them a great person as they're growing up. And I'm telling you right now your kid will never starve.
